Call of Duty Warzone is an insanely fun game. It’s a game that pushes you to take gun fights in a brutal battle royale that can be quite punishing if you’re not careful. There is a large map, with way too many people in every match so the excitement never starts. If you die in Warzone, you have one opportunity to fight for your life and come back through the Gulag! Not to mention, the constant updates keep Warzone fresh for everybody!

Fortnite is perhaps the best game when it comes to having fun with your buddies. It’s a genuine universe of its own, with an unlimited variety of things to do. You want to play the Battle Royale? You can do that! If you want to test out hundreds of different player created modes, you can do that as well! You can even become a creator yourself and create your own game modes, and even develop your own roleplay servers where you can have the time of your life with your friends! Dying Light 2: Stay Human:
If you’re looking for a single player game with a limitless focus on replay value, look no further than Dying Light 2. This first-person action-adventure game throws you into a post-apocalyptic world where you live on the rooftops and amidst the UV lights. When I say that there is a limitless number of things to do here, I truly mean it. There is so much content here that it can be genuinely overwhelming at first. You have outposts to clear, main story missions to complete, side story missions, mini-side quests, time trial runs, exploration-based missions and stealth sections where you have to clear out zombies. Not to mention, the game has a decision-based systems, so you can keep replaying the story with different story beats!
Grand Theft Auto Online:
What can we say about GTAO that hasn’t already been said? Rockstar launched this game back in 2015 and they have shown no sign of stopping support for it in the last 8 years. There’s a constant stream of updates that keep being brought into GTAO, whereas there’s also a ton of content already there for new players to dive into. Heists are the main showrunner here, they are large story-based missions that are crazy good. There’s also a lot of other stuff such as a limitless amount of random player and Rockstar created playlists, aside from the constant stream of new missions being added every other month!
Pokémon Legends: Arceus:
Pokemon Legends Arceus is the most revolutionary game in Game Freak’s Pokémon game collection. It brings the largest open world in those games to date, and brings a third person perspective with a lot of influence from the Soulsborne games. There’s also a larger emphasis on collecting Pokémon, and the battles are genuinely more fun than ever. If you’re looking for a game that will soak hundreds of hours of your time, then this is the one you should go for!
Lost Ark:
MMORPG Games have constantly been on the back burner of most people’s priorities. It’s because of how large they are and how never ending they feel. However, Lost Ark brings a new perspective to these games by introducing some fantastic elements that revolutionize the gameplay. First off, this is an MMORPG with GENUINELY good combat mechanics that feel fun to play. Then, it has a large world that is explorable for as long as you want, with a seemingly never-ending stream of locations to visit and items to collect. There’s also a ton of classes to master here, which means you’ll never get bored of playing one character!
Destiny 2 – The Witch Queen:
Take everything that we said for Lost Ark, and then amplify that by tenfold and make it a first person shooter game with a HUGE emphasis on collecting the best loot possible. There you go, Destiny 2 is the best game when it comes to genuinely investing your time and patience into it. There’s an infinite number of things to do here, and there’s a genuine never ending amount of DLC expansions that you can constantly keep re-doing on higher difficulties and some raids that are procedurally generated so you’d never get bored of them! Keep grinding, and keep trying to become your best self in Destiny 2 as you wait for a new expansion that releases almost every 6 months!
No Man’s Sky:
No Man’s Sky had a rough launch, but since the past 7 years, it has become one of the most amazing games to ever have been created. There’s a sense of wonder that no other game brings like No Man’s Sky. There’s an infinite amount of galaxies and planets to explore, all of which are procedurally generated so you’ll never run into the same place twice. It’s a constant stream of surprising new discoveries which will keep you on your toes forever!
